Dr. Willard Dallas Sr. is the founding pastor of Faith, Hope, & Love. Dr. Willard Dallas has often been called a “teacher’s teacher”. His gift of teaching the Bible in terms that everyone can understand has helped lead many souls to Christ. His passion for God and love for people has allowed him to pastor for over 50 years. In this time God has blessed him to minister both at home and across this great country.
Dr. Dallas is a lifelong Oklahoman, having been born in Ada, OK. He is holds multiple degrees, honors, and distinctions from universities across the United States. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He has also served many positions within district, state, and national convention work.
As a pastor Dr. Dallas has been instrumental in transforming and empowering every community he has been blessed to be a part of. His ministry is reaches beyond the Sunday worship experience, touching through his many outreach efforts. It has been through his community involvement that he has been able to attract both those who have been saved and those who are still searching for a relationship with God.
Rev. Wayne F. Dallas Sr. is the Co-Pastor of Faith, Hope & Love Missionary Baptist Church. He preached his first sermon in June of 1974 at the Pilgrim Baptist Church Manhattan, Kansas. Since that time he has ministered at various churches in Oklahoma City, Lawton, and Bartlesville, OK. He is past moderator of the Northeastern District and President of the General Baptist Convention of Oklahoma. He is an LPC, LADC, NBCC certified counselor who has worked in and around the Oklahoma City area for over 30 years. Working hard to improve the lives of all he serves. Upon receiving his Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1988, he went on to continue his employment with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services in the Juvenile Justice Department. He served the great state of Oklahoma for 17 years then went on to work within the non-profit sector as a counselor and assistant director of a charter school. In 2005, Wayne and his wife Viola Dallas founded Dallas Restorative Family Services in effort to restore individuals, families and communities through quality care.
